What is effect of the open approach vr. closed?
Idea: Once a month for open house

Open	vrs	Closed
Growing it		work as a core group
brings in creativity, new energy,		intimacy
problems with open group		Action, depth, purposeful workgroup
starting over quality		going deeper with regular group
combative people
Open house brings in new people

Decision: Open and then unpromoted group every other week.
   First and third of the month is always open
