Inspiration and how it relates to other values:

• Fear - facing your fears can give you a burst of inspiration. I saw a documentary about a movie director. He said as a grade school student they had a acting class and he was terrified about getting up in front of others and acting. However, he forced himself t do it and had a great fun afterwards. This joy and energy was what inspired him to become an actor and director.
• Honesty - can release blocked up energy.
